Returns & Refunds Policy
This website is operated by MySmile Teeth Whitening (Pty) Ltd. Throughout the website, the terms “we, “us” and “our” refer to MySmile Teeth Whitening.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Partially returned items will not be accepted. Once the LED light and mouth tray has been used, it will not be liable for a refund.
Products must be returned within 15 days from purchase and only for defective items.
The results may vary from person to person, depending on the customer’s teeth conditions. Severely stained teeth may take a number of attempts and months to completely clear and rid your teeth for tough stains.
MySmile Teeth Whitening is neither willing nor able to refund any purchases unless the products are defective.
If you request a refund, only once the product is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process the refund and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 working days.
It is the customer’s own responsibility to pay for shipping costs upon the return of defective items
Please contact us before returning your defective product so we can give you the return address closest to you.
